ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Staci Howell - State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified and empathetic professional for the role of Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a customer-oriented professional, you will market Life/Health insurance services and products to help benefit customers and their families. Your sales experience equips you to continually grow your income as you help customers with options for needed security for times of distress and vulnerability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Offer life and health insurance policies to new and existing customers.
Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers.
Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
Assist customers with claims and policy changes.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

State insurance license for life and health insurance.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Proficiency with insurance agency software.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Waxhaw, NC.
Our office is open M-F 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2015.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
I am a proud graduate of Canisius College.
We currently have 9 team members at our agency.
We have 60 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, and Million Dollar Round Table
